COTTAGE ONE - ROSALINDE (Prices from 250- 950 euros per week)
This 3-bedroom cottage has a master bedroom with en-suite shower cubicle and hand basin. There is a family bathroom, with a shower over the bath and a separate WC. There is a twin bedroom and a further bedroom with bunk beds. An extra child bed can be made available for a small charge (30 euros per week) and a cot and high chair are also available. The large living space is open plan, with a fully fitted kitchen, with built-in oven and separate hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. A full complement of cooking utensils, saucepans and casserole/baking dishes are provided together with crockery and cutlery for eight people. Bed linen is included; please bring your own towels. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
The lounge area has two comfortable sofas (one makes a double bed), coffee tables, TV & DVD player (DVD library available at the farmhouse), bookcase (choice of reading matter available at the farmhouse). The dining area has a dining table and eight chairs. Outdoor furniture is also provided, and there are also sun-loungers by the pool.
The cottage has full electric heating and is fully double glazed and insulated, so it is suitable for winter lets, or early/late season holidays. There are French windows leading out onto a private enclosed patio area (safe for the little ones) and then up 3 steps to the private lawned garden.
